What does the work involve? Your duties consist of different stages of the manufacture of wooden elements and building modules. Depending on your skills and experience, your tasks may include: - handling wooden materials - assembly and stacking work of elements - assisting tasks in production - ensuring a high-quality end result as part of the production team The work offers diverse tasks and the opportunity to develop your skills in the construction and production industry. What do we expect from you? We hope that you have previous experience in production, industrial, or construction tasks. We especially value: - a proactive and brisk work ethic - thoroughness and responsibility - a good attitude and a desire to learn new things - readiness to work in 2-shift work Reading drawings as well as valid occupational safety and hot work cards are considered an advantage. Previous experience is not essential – the most important thing is motivation and the desire to learn.
