Earthworks Worker

Earthworks workers / Excavator operators for Espoo data center construction site We are looking for several earthworks workers and skilled excavator operators for a long-term data center project in Hepokorpi, Espoo. We are seeking both experienced piping-skilled operators and assistant earthworks workers. Tasks are determined by your skills, so we are looking for both infrastructure professionals and motivated doers who want to learn more, but some prior experience in earthworks should be present. Unfortunately, the employer does not provide accommodation. Tasks may include for example: - Excavator operator duties - Pipe installation and piping work - Cable pulling - Reading drawings - Use of level and pipe lasers - General earthworks and assistant tasks This is a large data center site where work phases vary as the project progresses. What do we expect? - Experience in earthworks or construction tasks - For skilled operators, experience in piping and earthworks - Good physical condition - Finnish language skills - Own car is useful due to the site location - Readiness to do overtime if necessary – willingness to work overtime is a great advantage, as workdays can occasionally stretch and weekend work is also done on site What do we offer? - Long-term work on a large and stable site - Diverse tasks and a professional work community - High-quality work clothes and necessary work equipment - Salary according to your skills and experience – salary is negotiable - Supplements and reimbursements according to the infrastructure sector TES - Weekly overtime compensation and other overtime and additional compensations according to the collective agreement Start Work starts immediately upon finding suitable persons.
