Job Description

Lapland Staff is looking for Front Desk Salespersons for various Lapland Safaris locations for the winter season 2026-2027. We are looking for Front Desk Salespersons for Levi, Ylläs, Saariselkä and Luosto. We are seeking versatile front desk staff who will serve both international and domestic customers, assist with reservations, handle equipment rentals, manage the Safari Shop store, and perform cashier duties. The role involves working closely with sales and production teams, with tasks split between face-to-face customer service and back-office system management, including reservations, customer communication via email and phone, and social media messaging. Work shifts vary by location: Levi (3 shifts), Saariselkä (2 shifts), Luosto (2 shifts), and Ylläs (2 shifts). We value customer service skills, sales orientation, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, accuracy, and fluent English, with French as an advantage.
