Instructor for the mental health rehabilitation service home Attendo Castren, Pietarsaari – We are here for you! At Attendo, we are 'On the way home'. This means we want to be, above all, a home for the elderly, disabled, and those in mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation. In recent years, we have succeeded in management, customer experience, and encounters by growing both relative and resident satisfaction as well as staff satisfaction to historic highs. As an Instructor, you map residents' resources, identify their needs for help, and plan, implement, and evaluate residents' functional capacity and care together with the residents. Through your efforts, residents of Attendo homes enjoy a good, high-quality everyday life. The task is gig-based, but more substitutions are available upon agreement/need. The work is shift work and we can agree on the start date of the employment with you. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse, registered nurse, or social worker), also students in social and health care. - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment. - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment. - Fluent Finnish and Swedish language skills. A language certificate for the domestic language that is not the native language. - Criminal record extract for employment lasting over three months. - Sote professional card (certificate card).
