Seasonal Snowplough Operator

We are looking for MACHINE SNOW REMOVAL WORKERS for the coming winter season! Would you like to work in a responsible and important role where you can see the results of your work straight away? We are now looking for machine snow removal workers to strengthen our winter maintenance team for the coming season! The most important requirements for this role are good driving skills, the ability to work independently, a hands-on approach and previous work experience in winter maintenance. Snow ploughing is mainly done with a tractor and wheel loader. We expect you to have a valid occupational safety card and at least a category B driving licence. Work will start by agreement at the beginning of the winter season and will be available until spring, depending on snow conditions. This job requires readiness to work shifts. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience in winter road maintenance, for example using a tractor and/or wheel loader - A valid occupational safety card - At least a category B driving licence - Readiness to work shifts - Readiness for physical work and a self-directed attitude to taking on tasks independently - Fluent Finnish skills WE OFFER YOU: - Pay in accordance with the Infra sector collective agreement or better, always paid on time.
