We are looking for a Site Engineer to support site quality assurance for our upcoming projects in Northern Ostrobothnia. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting site quality assurance and ensuring that construction proceeds according to plans, requirements, and contracts, and that documentation remains up to date throughout the project. What kind of role and team would you be joining? As a Site Engineer, you are an important part of the project team and work in close cooperation with site management, the site manager, the client, subcontractors, and other project parties. Your role emphasizes the practical coordination of site quality assurance, documentation management, and monitoring the implementation of quality in different phases of the site. The projects in question are diverse and demanding, so the role emphasizes thoroughness, a systematic way of working, and the ability to ensure that quality matters progress as planned as part of the site's daily routine. Key areas of responsibility in brief: - Supporting site quality assurance and quality management. - Coordinating inspections and documentation related to quality assurance. - Maintaining quality plans as well as quality and handover materials. - Supporting the handling of quality deviations and quality management practices. - Cooperation with site management, the client, and subcontractors to ensure quality. - Participating in inspections and quality assurance in the project's handover phase. You will work in close cooperation with the site manager, site management, designers, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will be able to significantly influence the high-quality, efficient implementation of projects in accordance with customer requirements. How will you best succeed in the task?
