Sheet Metal Shear Operator

We are seeking a sheet metal shearer for HANZA Mechanics in Oulainen for a full-time, long-term position. We look for someone with prior experience in similar work; experience in the metal industry is an advantage. Long work experience in shearer duties is not required. Key is a proactive, teachable attitude and a careful work approach with a desire to develop. Your tasks include shear cutting of thin metal sheets according to drawings, setting up the machine, and quality inspection. The job emphasizes accuracy and carefulness. You will work in new and modern production facilities in Oulainen. Work starts as soon as suitable candidates are found. The job is full-time with 2-shift work; readiness for 3-shift work is preferred. An experienced shearer may be hired directly by the client.”
