**Join us in building Sähkölandia's new substation installer team in Seinäjoki** Sähkölandia is growing, and our next step is a new office in Seinäjoki, for which we are now seeking 1–2 substation installers for permanent employment. Sites are located across Finland, so the work includes travel and overnight stays at sites as needed. **What will you be doing?** Your workday will consist of construction, installation, and renovation projects for electrical substations across Finland. **Your duties include, for example:** - installation work for electrical substations - installation of equipment, cabling, and structures - working according to work drawings - ensuring site safety and work quality - collaborating with your partner, lead installer, and project organization - learning new things with the support of experienced colleagues **The mandatory requirements list:** Hopefully, this provides more help than stress – you don't need to know everything perfectly right away. **The position is suitable for you if:** - you have experience working with electrical substations or similar electrical installation projects - you can read work drawings - you work carefully and with a safety-first approach - you want to learn new things and develop your skills - you work naturally as part of a team - you have a B-class driver's license **We consider it an advantage:** - experience from electrical substation construction or renovation sites - experience with medium-voltage or high-voltage installations - experience with cranes or construction machinery **Why join Sähkölandia's growth?** Because you get to help build a new team without starting from scratch.
