We are looking for a skilled and independent arborist for our client company for a full-time seasonal position in the capital region! Click Henkilöstöpalvelut is currently seeking an experienced tree care professional for its client. Our client is a financially stable and respected operator in the green and tree care sector, providing high-quality services in the Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa areas. In this role, work hours are guaranteed, as the client ensures full hours and a direct line from one site to another throughout the long season. Job duties include: - Demanding tree felling using climbing techniques and rigging methods in the capital region - Structural and maintenance pruning on residential plots, housing companies, and contracting sites - Tree condition assessments, maintenance plans, and bracing - Cleaning work sites, processing branches, and daily maintenance of equipment What does our client expect from you? - Arborist qualification (vocational qualification in horticulture, arborist) - Strong and verified experience in climbing felling and maintenance pruning in urban environments - Valid B-class driver's license (C-class is a definite plus) - Ability to work independently and represent the client company professionally at customer sites - Valid Occupational Safety Card What does our client offer you? - Secure and full-time work for the entire season (full hours according to the agreement) - A competitive hourly wage that reflects your actual expertise and the industry's collective agreement (TES) base - First-class, safe, and modern climbing and work equipment - A pre-coordinated and efficient work calendar without unnecessary waiting - The possibility of direct employment with the client company after the season or returning to the team the following spring Apply for the position: Applications are processed during the application period, and the position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.
