Seinäjoen kaupungin kulttuuripalvelut seeks a permanent Audience/Outreach Producer for Seinäjoen taidehalli. The role focuses on increasing accessibility of art, expanding audience participation, and promoting equality. You will plan and implement Taidehallin accompanying programs and educational content, develop the customer service portfolio of Taidehalli, and manage Taidehallin communications across channels. You will produce and run guided tours and workshops for diverse target groups. The position involves collaboration with partners, and the hall’s program planning is influenced by its rural-city location, contemporary art phenomena, and current societal discussions. Taidehalli hosts contemporary art exhibitions in two spaces per year and offers accompanying programs such as tours, workshops, and events with partners. Requirements include a relevant art or cultural studies degree; excellent collaboration and project management skills; ability to produce outreach materials, events, texts and tours for contemporary art exhibitions; social media and other digital communications skills; strong spoken and written communication; English and Swedish proficiency is advantageous; willingness to explore new ideas and drive audience development within Seinäjoki’s cultural services. The position follows the KVTES collective agreement. Driving license and own car are required. Evening and weekend work is possible; on-site work in Seinäjoki is required. A six-month probation applies. A health certificate and a criminal background check per law will be required before starting. Work time is 36.25 h/week. Seinäjoki is a non-smoking workplace.
