Project Manager

What you can expect: You will plan and lead projects for the development of machine-proximate software/digitalization solutions in line with the IPMA standard and using agile methods. You will be responsible for the effective realization of the projects in an agile software and possibly hardware development organization in coordination and close collaboration with project participants. You will lead and coordinate the work-package owners technically. You will create reporting, report progress in internal meetings and to external stakeholders, and you will accompany the Quality Gate process for your project. Together with the team you will work on the project planning of software development projects. This is a fixed-term position until 31.03.2028. What we require: A completed degree in a technical or business administration field, or a comparable completed vocational training. At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or a similar discipline is desirable. IPMA Level D or higher is desirable. Flexibility, teamwork and high commitment. Excellent communication skills in German and English, with German at least C1 and English at least B2 according to the CEFR.
