The work We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator I to take ownership of key technical services and help keep our infrastructure running smoothly, securely, and reliably. In this role, you will take ownership of designated technical IT services, executing development tasks and contributing to project roadmap initiatives. You’ll monitor and optimize uptime for internal and customer-facing production systems, plan and carry out upgrade and maintenance activities, and handle day-to-day administration of our IT infrastructure. Documentation is a key part of this role — you’ll keep records for IT systems and services accurate and current. You’ll also analyze logs to catch critical alerts and resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design and evolve infrastructure and applications. Requirements
- Multiple years (5+) of wide experience with clear responsibility in similar areas.
- Experience from different IT environments and systems
- IT system planning and architecture experience
- Linux system administration skills
- Experience in systematic documentation practices
- Understanding of IT support principles, information security, and business continuity
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken and written English; cross-cultural communication skills
- Service-driven individual with a proactive, hands-on mindset for supporting stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model, based in either our Espoo or Munich office
