The Municipality of Tyrnävä is seeking a Special Education Teacher for Early Childhood Education for a permanent position starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement. We are looking for an enthusiastic, competent, and collaborative special education teacher to support children's growth, learning, and well-being. As a special education teacher, you will provide pedagogical support to early childhood education staff and participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring of children's support needs in cooperation with guardians and various stakeholders. The work involves a consultative and guiding approach and working across different early childhood education units. Strong interaction and collaboration skills, as well as considering the individual needs of the child as part of high-quality and inclusive early childhood education, are emphasized in this role. A 6-month probationary period applies to the appointment. Certificates proving eligibility must be presented at a possible interview.
