We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for Norlandia Kipinä in Kerava. You will be a pedagogical expert who ensures children’s learning and discoveries are supported in daily activities. You will take responsibility for your group’s pedagogy, guide children’s learning, and participate in the development of the daycare. You will use AI and digital tools to support planning and assessment, but your main instrument is you as a professional who brings your skills to the team and recognises children’s needs and possibilities.
