Your workday as a practical nurse with us As a practical nurse, your job description includes responsible and versatile care and customer service work, where the main focus is on assisting residents in daily activities according to their needs. You will work closely with other staff, residents, relatives, and stakeholders. Employment details The position can be full-time or part-time according to the agreement. The work is mainly two-shift work. We can agree on the starting date with you. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is according to salary class G20C 2,527.97–2,758.01 €/month (starting 1.9.2026). What do we expect from you? Requirements: practical nurse education, vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act, and valid medication permits. We also ask to see a criminal record extract according to the Criminal Records Act. Language skills: we require fluent Finnish language skills in this position (at least B1 level). Work experience: we require previous experience working with the elderly. The position requires the ability to work independently and responsibly. Why work for us?
