About the role

Location: Leuven, Belgium. Contract Length: 12-24 Months. Rate: €650/day. Experienced Robotics Software Engineer with 5+ years of expertise developing autonomous and intelligent robotic systems. Strong background in ROS/ROS2, real-time software development, motion planning, perception, computer vision, and machine learning. Proven track record of delivering robotics solutions from prototype through production in industrial automation, autonomous systems, or advanced R&D environments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with sensors, actuators, control systems, and industrial automation environments is beneficial. On-site in Leuven. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robotics software for autonomous and intelligent robotic systems. Implement and optimize algorithms for navigation, perception, localization, and motion control. Integrate sensors, actuators, and hardware components into robotic platforms. Responsibilities
