In Mäntsälä's early childhood education, you will work as part of a daycare unit consisting of six daycare directors, in early childhood education for about 800 children. Mäntsälä has 8 daycare centers, family daycare, and the open daycare Metsätonttu family hub. In these units, we offer substitutes of various lengths for early childhood education teachers, child care workers, and assistants, as well as daycare helpers. We also announce longer substitutes separately on the municipality's home page, which is worth following actively. For short-term substitutes, we hire in addition to professionals in the field, those studying in the field and others interested in the field. We require the age of 18. The selected substitute must present a register extract according to Act No. 504/2002. The tuberculosis clearance regarding the respiratory organs of those working with children under school age is checked (Infectious Diseases Act § 55) before the substitute starts. Please note that work is available irregularly and on short notice. When you have filled in and sent the open application for early childhood education, the application is immediately logged into our electronic recruitment system. After filling in the application, you will receive a username and password to your email address. Write the credentials down for yourself! You will need the username and password in the future when you use your electronic calendar or update your application. After receiving your application, we will contact you. If necessary, we will guide you in the use of the electronic calendar and define together the units in which you want to work. When we have approved you as a substitute in early childhood education, you can start using your electronic calendar. When you have filled in your calendar, you will receive job offers from us by text message to your phone on your desired days. Keeping the calendar up to date is absolutely essential.
