Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a digital marketing professional to drive Diak’s growth in a data‑driven, scalable way. The role covers planning, executing and optimizing result‑driven B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish for various target groups. You will be responsible for owner/manager‑level B2C marketing for open polytechnic degree programs and continuing education, and for managing paid advertising across channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) within the given budget. The job involves tracking, analysing and reporting marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, conversion rates) using tools such as Matomo, Meta Pixel and a CRM. You will collaborate with the sales lead and the head of lifelong learning, guiding external partners when needed, and ensuring high‑quality leads. You will also develop the e‑commerce site (WooCommerce) and landing pages to improve conversion points, as well as targeted CRM email marketing and new solutions for customer journeys. Requirements include strong experience in B2B marketing and lead funnel support, plus experience in B2C digital marketing; a results‑oriented mindset and understanding of budgeting and cost control; strong content creation skills and technical/analytical capabilities; familiarity with CRM, Matomo, Meta Pixel, WooCommerce/WordPress and advertising platforms; ability to work independently, develop new solutions and make data‑driven course corrections. A suitable higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or demonstrable success in B2B marketing is expected. We offer a diverse role in a national, internationally growing university of applied sciences; a collaborative expert community with opportunities to influence education in health, church sector and interpretation fields, and a commitment to equality and diversity. Work may be performed in a flexible hybrid model; your work location can be from any campus (Helsinki, Oulu, Pieksämäki, Pori). The monthly salary ranges from 4000 to 4500 euros depending on experience and skills. Applications should be submitted by 27 September 2026. For more information, contact Aura Vuorenrinne, Head of Communications and Marketing, during the stated hours.
