We are looking for specialists in general medicine and experienced general practitioners to work as personal physicians at Karaportti in Espoo and the Pusula health center. We are looking for you if you are interested in acting as a personal physician for your own assigned population in a long-term employment relationship. If you are interested in freely planning your own workdays, defining your working methods, promoting health for your population, and ensuring continuity of care in your own way, you are exactly the doctor we are looking for. The start date can be flexibly arranged during the autumn, depending on the location and population size. What does the job entail? You will be assigned a specifically defined population for whose general medical services you will be holistically responsible. You will be assisted by a designated nurse partner, with whom you will freely plan protocols and the division of work. The work includes general practitioner consultations, remote contacts, procedures, prescription work, reports, rehabilitation plans, and responding to consultations from other professionals regarding your assigned population. As a doctor, you can influence the flow of your work weeks, taking into account the care needs of the population. In the Karaportti area, the doctor's job description does not fundamentally include so-called sector work, but contraceptive services are your responsibility. For the Pusula population, you will also be responsible for sector work. The size of the population responsibility area is at least 1,000 residents and at most 3,500 residents. The population size and location will be agreed upon together according to the doctor's wishes. Who is the job suitable for? We hope you are a specialist in general medicine or an experienced general practitioner with significant experience working as a health center physician and are willing to commit to your population over the long term. Language requirements: fluent oral and written skills in Finnish Remuneration? Total compensation is determined by the number and age structure of the pre-defined population being treated. In addition to the base salary, compensation is based on performance and quality.
