HR Cluster Head

Job purpose The HR Cluster Head will partner closely with the General Managers, Leadership Teams and senior Pharma Commercial stakeholders to adapt and execute the people plan in line with GSK’s HR strategy, while bringing strong local context and market insight. This is a strategically important role at a critical point of business transformation, as the three countries prepare for Specialty and Oncology launches and accelerate their agenda on strategic workforce planning, organisational readiness, AI and digital upskilling. As a trusted partner to the business, the role will drive impact across talent, leadership, culture and capability, helping to build the conditions for sustainable growth and a high-performance culture. It combines strategic influence with practical accountability, including License to Operate in the given markets, support for Pharma Commercial and Pharma-aligned population, and flexibility to respond to peaks in demand, key projects and initiatives. The role offers meaningful proximity to the business and a valuable platform to strengthen business acumen while shaping the future people agenda of these markets.
