Aalto University is seeking a part-time (50%) Project Worker for the Kielibuusti project from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The Kielibuusti project develops domestic language training to better meet the needs of international professionals recruited to or already residing in Finland. The role is based at the Aalto University Language Centre. The primary responsibility is to enhance the visibility of the project and its website (kielibuusti.fi) on social media. This includes organic content production, repurposing existing communication materials, and creating targeted content for various audiences. The worker will design and implement social media marketing campaigns and monitor their impact to further develop the project's communication strategy. Additional duties include marketing across other channels, producing video content for educational purposes, performing technical updates for the web portal, and assisting with event and webinar arrangements. Candidates should be self-motivated and independent, with a strong interest in working within a dynamic project. Experience in social media communication and marketing is required, as well as proficiency in producing video content. The role requires excellent skills in Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. Studies in marketing or communications (which may be ongoing) are expected. The position is suitable for students who can work during office hours.
