Job Description
Are you customer service-oriented with proficiency in Swedish and ready to assist corporate clients with technical challenges? Do you have a problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm to get things done? If so, you might be the IT Helpdesk Support Person we are looking for! At Clevry, we are seeking a Swedish-speaking IT Helpdesk Support Person for our client Elisa Oyj, for a permanent position in Helsinki. The role is full-time, and employment is through Clevry to Elisa. Work is performed on weekdays during office hours. The position will start flexibly during spring 2026. In this role, you will support corporate clients with issues related to information systems, hardware, and mobile devices. The work takes place at the client company's premises and involves IT helpdesk tasks. It offers a great opportunity to develop in technical customer service and support, face-to-face, via phone, and through electronic service channels. You will receive thorough onboarding from a supportive team and supervisor. Success in this role requires excellent proficiency in Swedish and Finnish. A basic security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate. Elisa Oyj is a Finnish leader in telecommunications and digital services.
