We are looking for a building inspector, PTS planner for the Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa regions. The expertise includes condition assessments of apartment buildings and terraced houses, moisture measurements, thermal imaging, area verification measurements, indoor air measurements, annual inspections, and PTS plans. We require education in construction, such as a construction engineer, construction foreman, or architect. Other education and language skills are considered an advantage. The job requires normal vision and sense of smell, as well as mobility. A B driver's license. You can be an experienced professional or a motivated individual with work experience.
