Property Annual Inspector

We are seeking a property annual inspector and PTS designer for the Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa region. The area of specialty covers inspections of apartments and row houses for condition, moisture measurements, thermal imaging, area measurements, indoor air measurements, annual inspections, and PTS plans. We expect construction industry education such as civil engineer, construction foreman or architect and prior experience in the field. Other education and language skills are considered an advantage. The job requires normal eyesight and smell, mobility, and a valid B-driver’s license. You can be an experienced veteran or a motivated worker with some experience.
