Start your career in construction in autumn 2026! We are looking for energetic construction assistants for our client companies' sites in Tampere and throughout Pirkanmaa. Tasks include construction site maintenance, such as clearing, carrying, and cleaning work. Depending on your willingness, you may also perform other assisting tasks on site. You will learn about the construction industry through practical work and thus develop your own skills - and while previous experience is always a plus, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are sufficient for this role! A prerequisite for employment is a valid occupational safety card issued by the Occupational Safety Card Centre <https://www.tyoturvallisuuskortti.fi/korttikurssit/verkkokurssi#da0511cd> Sites vary between new constructions and renovation projects. You can work either full-time or part-time for a few days a week – flexibly according to your own life situation. Working hours are Mon-Fri 07:00–15:30, and the salary is determined according to the Construction Industry TES based on your experience (12.60-15.56 €/h + bonuses).
