AI Product Engineer (PropTech)

Do you want to build the first AI-native product for residential investing that creates unprecedented added value for investors — and own your work from idea to production? **Takaovi Oy** / **Takaovi Palvelut Oy** is a group of about 30 people serving residential and real estate investors across Finland. We find the best investment targets and handle everything from rental brokerage to lease management. We manage approximately 3,000 apartments. We have invested in technology development for nearly 10 years and are building a platform that automates the daily operations of real estate investing — what is known globally as PropTech. We are not a real estate firm with an IT department: technology is the core of our competitive advantage. **What you will do** - **Build features all the way to production** — full-stack, AI-assisted (Claude, Copilot, or similar are part of our daily routine, and we expect you to lead the AI, not just use it) - **Run development projects independently**: prepare, present, convince, and implement — you don't wait for pre-chewed tickets - **Guide the work of our offshore developers** in India: specify, prioritize, and review in English - **Grow toward technical development leadership** — your role expands with every success, and you will receive direct mentoring from the company's technology leadership - Get close to the business: learn to understand the daily life of a residential investor and see how your code turns into customer benefit **What we expect** - Sufficient understanding of technologies to keep the AI in check.
