Arcada is looking for a communications specialist who enjoys testing new approaches and wants to develop both internal and external communication. In this role, you will work with content production, web editorial work, and communicative support within the organization. We are looking for someone who knows how good communication feels – and how it is made. You enjoy creating clear, accurate messages, have an eye for structure and quality, and thrive in collaborations with many contact points. You have experience in content production, digital communication, and web work, and actively contribute to developing the university's communication. Tasks of the Communications Specialist: * Plan, produce, and quality-assure written communication for internal and external target groups and various channels, such as the web, intranet, social media, newsletters, and press releases. * Ensure that the university's communication maintains high linguistic quality and follows established guidelines and the graphic profile. * Plan and implement communication in connection with the university's events. * Handle ongoing communication-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. You have a university degree in communication or equivalent and previous experience working with content production and digital communication. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Finnish is required (excellent skills are a merit). As a person, you are structured, collaborative, and flexible. You have a good sense of language and quality and can transform complex information into clear and engaging messages.
