Job Description
Join Denmark's largest investment platform and help Nordnet’s customers get more out of their savings and pensions. We are looking for someone good at talking to people and eager to become part of a young team with great energy and high spirits. Through thorough training and introduction, you will be equipped to assist all kinds of Danes with questions about investments, stocks, funds, and pensions, including our latest product launch, Lifetime Pension. The job offers both personal and professional challenges and is an ideal entry into the finance industry. We are based centrally in Copenhagen in bright premises near Havneholmen metro station. We have a good lunch scheme, staff benefits, and a strong team spirit. Nordnet has over 655,000 customers in Denmark, and our mission is to make investing and pensions understandable and accessible for everyone. We need your help. The role involves engaging with customers via phone and written communication, creating good customer experiences for both new and experienced investors, and contributing ideas for improving communication and processes. You should enjoy talking to many different people daily and spreading positive energy. The team is fast-paced, with a high ceiling, and we take care of each other. You should be motivated to be challenged and handle all inquiries with a smile. Knowledge of investment and pensions is a plus but not required, as we provide thorough training. It is advantageous if you are a finance economist/bachelor or have relevant education in finance or economics, can work independently, and are fluent in Danish and English.
