Through thorough training and introduction, you will be equipped to assist all kinds of Danes with questions about investments, stocks, funds, and pensions, including our latest product launch, Lifetime Pension. The role involves engaging with customers via phone and written communication, creating good customer experiences for both new and experienced investors, and contributing ideas for improving communication and processes. You should enjoy talking to many different people daily and spreading positive energy. The team is fast-paced, with a high ceiling, and we take care of each other. You should be motivated to be challenged and handle all inquiries with a smile. Knowledge of investment and pensions is a plus but not required, as we provide thorough training. It is advantageous if you are a finance economist/bachelor or have relevant education in finance or economics, can work independently, and are fluent in Danish and English.
