HVAC/Plumber – come do the job right, without unnecessary fuss Lämpökarhu is looking for an experienced HVAC/plumber for the Uusimaa region. Can you perform clean piping work, solve situations encountered on-site, and speak to customers directly and understandably? Do you appreciate being trusted rather than having someone constantly breathing down your neck? You might be the person we are looking for. We are not looking for just a pair of hands on the job site, but a good professional and colleague. Someone who sticks to agreed matters, helps a colleague when necessary, and dares to ask if something is unclear. What kind of work will you be doing? Workdays consist of versatile HVAC and heating system tasks, mainly in renovation projects: - installation of geothermal, district heating, LTO (heat recovery ventilation), and air-to-water heat pump systems - piping work for heating networks and technical rooms - general HVAC and plumbing installations - system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting - projects for housing companies, commercial properties, and detached houses - projects where you get to see the result of your work from start to finish Job sites are mainly located in Uusimaa. Our offices are in Porvoo and Helsinki (Suutarila), but the workday can often start directly from home with a company car. What do we expect from you? You don't need to know everything upfront, but the basics of HVAC installation and independent working must be routine. This position is not for someone starting their very first day of work. We hope for: - experience in HVAC or plumbing work - ability to work independently at customer sites - ability to read drawings and plan your own work sensibly - a brisk work pace without rushing - clean and professional workmanship - an honest perception of your own skills – you don't need to know everything, but unnecessary pretending doesn't help anyone - fluent Finnish language skills - B-class driver's license - valid occupational safety and hot work cards Gas welding skills and experience with more demanding heating system implementations are considered an advantage.
