Deloitte's Audit & Assurance business area currently consists of nearly 500 employees, of whom about 35 work in audit in Jönköping. We are now looking for future auditors for our office in Jönköping for employment in August 2027. As an audit assistant, you work together with both junior and experienced colleagues who support you continuously. You have the opportunity to grow quickly by working with some of Sweden's largest and most renowned companies in different industries. Your work is varied: you review internal controls, analyze financial reports and sustainability reports, and interact in a consultative way with our clients. You work in an international environment with opportunities to work abroad, and you have influence over your development from the start. In collaboration with senior employees, you learn to understand audit clients' business, processes and accounting issues. You support the review of internal controls and various items in income statements and balance sheets, which helps clients develop their processes, documentation and control environment. In the role, you will work with a number of different tools for data analysis, AI and automation. In close collaboration with the client and the rest of the audit team, you contribute to increasing the reliability of financial and sustainability reports. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are a newly graduated economist and are driven to develop both yourself and your surroundings. You are a team player, but also enjoy working independently. You are structured, outgoing, curious and driven by new challenges. Furthermore, we would like you to have: * Good academic results and engagement alongside your studies. * Very good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. * An interest in developing businesses and operations. Relevant work experience (for example in finance, banking, customer contact) is a merit. Studies in IT-related subjects, in addition to your economics studies, as well as very good Excel skills are merits.
