Project Supervisor

The position is located in the Connectivity business unit, where we help our customers deliver mobile and fixed network services and ensure their operation. We are involved in all lifecycle stages of telecom networks, responsible for design, construction and maintenance of fixed and wireless networks. Key responsibilities include managing the unit’s cabling contracts, schedules, resourcing and quality; maintaining and developing customer relationships and actively communicating with customers and other stakeholders; handling project tendering (materials procurement, workload estimation, development of estimation); tracking tender progression; taking responsibility for project safety; monitoring and reporting production KPI; and performing inspections and invoicing. Requirements include ICT- or electrical engineering AMK degree or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in similar roles; willingness to develop; commercial mindset and desire to grow business; excellent communication and teamwork skills; good IT skills (MS Office); fluent Finnish and good English; security clearance before starting employment.
