Regional Unit Manager

We are seeking a permanent Regional Unit Manager for the student health services, starting 1 January 2027. The Regional Unit Manager will be part of the 11-person leadership team of student health services, leading operations together with the head of the student health services and other unit managers. Lead a professional unit consisting of counselors and psychologists on your area, with a results-driven and people-centric approach. You will be responsible for the quality and impact of services, the efficient use of resources, and financial oversight. You will guide development of operations and smooth service pathways, ensuring goals become practical actions and results. You will collaborate closely with basic education regional heads, principals, and leadership in social, health and emergency sectors. Your leadership will ensure student health services respond to changing environmental needs and support the well-being and learning of children and young people. The role requires experience in strategic and operational leadership of large entities, and the ability to drive changes into practice and lead professionals toward common goals.
