Job Description
Rejlers is seeking a Mechanical Design Lead for projects in equipment and machinery manufacturing, working in a hybrid model across multiple Finnish locations. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions, technical guidance, task distribution, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a technical education (engineer or DI), over 5 years of experience in design tasks, experience with steel structures, thin sheet structures, or moving mechanisms, and proficiency in a 3D design system.
