Your Role You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in the rotating relief staff. Your daily work focuses on the care of surgical patients, and you will have the opportunity to work in several different units. The units where the relief staff rotate include the abdominal surgery ward, the operative emergency ward, the plastic and general surgery ward, the urological ward, and, if possible, the abdominal center's outpatient clinics. You will receive a good orientation for your duties in each different ward, and we will support you in your new job. The work community emphasizes collaboration and shared responsibility. The work is based on a 2-shift system, and the relief staff utilize operational, community-based shift planning. What we offer you?
