Growth & AI Academy

The Growth & AI Academy program is a six-month recruitment-focused program that combines hands-on work experience with high-quality professional training to prepare you for your new role. There are several open positions at different levels, and the final work tasks can be adjusted to match each participant’s background and interests whenever possible. Our goal is to find a role that best supports your skills and career development among our many partner companies. You can apply whether you are starting your career, a recent graduate, an experienced professional, considering a career change, or looking to turn a hobby into a profession. The training is an employment training program intended for unemployed jobseekers or those at risk of unemployment. The application process consists of two stages, and we provide support to help you fill out the forms. After the initial assessment, you will be matched with a cooperative company, and a training agreement is signed with the chosen company. The program includes training content tailored to the chosen role and company, with a mix of theoretical and hands-on elements, and the goal is to employ you with the partner company after the program. The program duration and start dates are set, with opportunities to combine learning and practical work, and the overall aim is to enhance your employability in AI-enhanced marketing, data roles, and financial administration. During the program you will receive unemployment benefits, and travel/cost coverage may be available. The program is designed to help participants find a suitable company and role through Sarasen's recruitment system and job-matching process.
