Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent position for our client, Rautarekenne E. Kauppinen, to lead steel construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work as part of a three-person project team and as a close partner to the CEO. "Rautarakenne E. We implement diverse steel construction projects for industry and public buildings, from manufacturing to installation. Job Duties You will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of projects, from calculation and procurement to the management of manufacturing, installation, and project finances. Your duties include, among others: * managing projects from start to finish * cost and tender calculation * procurement and coordination of material deliveries * supervision of manufacturing and site installations * project schedule and cost monitoring * invoicing and communication with customers and partners What do we expect from you? We are looking for a person capable of taking full responsibility for projects and working independently. We hope for: * several years of experience in project management or similar roles * experience in steel construction or the construction industry * ability to lead projects independently from start to finish * good cost calculation and procurement expertise * excellent ability to read drawings * strong IT skills * a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to work * a Class B driver's license and own car Your education could be, for example, an engineer or technician in construction or mechanical engineering. Strong practical experience in similar roles can also replace formal education.
