Esperi Care Home Leinikki is located in the beautiful Puhakka residential area near the Muhos river, where a warm-hearted group of care professionals work. We live an active daily life together with the residents, and it is easy for new employees to join us. We are now looking for a practical nurse for a fixed term until the end of 2026, after which there is a possibility of continuation. About our care home: At Care Home Leinikki, we offer 24-hour service housing for 30 elderly people and day activities for elderly people living at home. We are located in Muhos in the beautiful Puhakka residential area, close to the municipality's services. We work with a rehabilitative nursing approach, meaning our residents participate in daily chores and stimulation and hobby activities according to their own resources. Togetherness and stimulation activities are important to us, so we celebrate together and have visiting performers to create a meaningful and safe daily life. Practical nurse's work with us: As a practical nurse, you create a safe, meaningful and valuable daily life for our residents with your presence. Your work includes basic care, outdoor activities with our residents, supporting functional capacity, monitoring our residents' well-being and various nursing procedures. In addition, you participate in daily arrangements and activity activities together with the rest of the team. With valid medication permits, you also implement high-quality medication therapy. Employment details: We are looking for a graduated practical nurse for a fixed term until 31.12.2026, after which there is a possibility of continuation. The work is hourly work (1-115h / 3 weeks) and 3-shift work. The work is well suited for you who long for flexible work. Start in the position according to the agreement immediately or during August. Salary: We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for the practical nurse position is 14.82-16.03 €/h depending on experience additions (salary class G20C). Requirements: - Practical nurse degree - Valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - Fluent Finnish language skills - Positive, active and proactive approach Previous experience in similar tasks is considered an advantage.
