Senior FP&A Analyst

Verda is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team as we scale at high velocity and capital intensity. This role will own and continuously improve the financial model that underpins our fundraising, investor reporting, and capital planning — a critical function as Verda grows its infrastructure footprint and reporting standards mature. You’ll work closely with the CFO and wider finance team to ensure Verda’s numbers and narrative stay ahead of the business. Your responsibilities Operate and continuously develop Verda’s consolidated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across our legal entities and currencies Maintain cash flow forecasts that guide the company’s liquidity and capacity planning Build the scenarios behind key strategic decisions, including new cluster deployments across our European data centers, contract mix (contracted vs. on-demand), and financing structures Provide analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategy Prepare comprehensive reports and narratives for Verda’s executives and Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents Your key competencies 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a scale-up environment Strong financial modeling skills, with experience building and maintaining three-statement models Comfort working across multiple currencies and legal entities Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive and board-level audiences Strong analytical rigor combined with sound commercial judgment What’s next We’re building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
