Job Description
WashUP is looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Assistant to support our private customer service team. The position is initially temporary (about two months), but discussions about extension are possible if the collaboration goes well. This is a practical part-time role where you will ensure our customers receive quick and high-quality service and assist the team in daily operations. Your tasks include handling incoming customer inquiries and leads, following up on offers and contacting potential customers, reconnecting with previous customers to restore customer relationships, answering customer calls and emails, canceling and rescheduling individual cleaning appointments, assisting the customer service team with various administrative tasks, and participating in other daily tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people via phone and email, learns new systems and procedures quickly, works systematically and carefully, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, takes responsibility for their work, speaks fluent Finnish and good English, and has previous customer service experience as an advantage. We offer a temporary part-time position (4 hours per day), opportunity to start as soon as possible, work at our office in Espoo, a supportive and experienced team, compensation based on experience, and the possibility to continue after the temporary period if the collaboration is successful.
