Helasteel Oy is looking for Welders in Lapua We are seeking motivated and skilled welders for permanent positions to join the team of our client, Helasteel Oy. Recruitment is carried out in cooperation between Helasteel Oy and Wulff Works; applications and potential contacts are handled by Wulff Works to centralize the workload. Work begins as agreed, possibly immediately upon finding suitable candidates. In this role, you will participate in the manufacture of various steel structures and metal products according to drawings. The work includes MIG/MAG welding as well as high-quality and precise work as part of a production team. You can be an experienced welding professional or someone at the beginning of your career with skills acquired through education or practical experience. Ability to read drawings is an important strength, and we value a proactive attitude as well as the willingness and readiness to demonstrate your skills in practice through a possible welding test. The work requires being of legal age and the ability to act independently, as well as smooth cooperation with the rest of the team. A safe working method is an absolute requirement.
