Steel Structure Fitter

Pelti- ja Rautatyö Oy is now seeking a steel structure fitter for its growing team in Tuusula. What does the job involve? You will install steel structures at construction sites and create welded steel structures for various building projects. The sites are mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and workdays vary – sometimes installation, sometimes pre-fabrication at the workshop. If you enjoy hands-on work and tasks requiring precision, this job is for you. What do we expect from you? - experience in the metal industry or steel installation work - welding skills (Mig/Mag) - ability to read drawings and dimensional accuracy - occupational safety card - proficiency in Finnish If you have experience with stairs, railings, canopies, or SFS welding certifications, it is a significant plus.
