The role is for a safety-conscious driver with professional qualifications for earthmoving work, including a CE license and professional certificates. The position is seasonal and based in the earthworks sector. Responsibilities include moving earth materials with a vehicle as well as traditional shovel work on-site. Prior experience in the infra sector is not required; a proactive attitude helps the project progress. Employment may extend beyond the season for dedicated workers. Requirements include having experience in infra work from a driver or excavator operator perspective, valid professional cards (driver qualification, occupational safety and road traffic cards) and good Finnish language skills for supervision. The role emphasizes high work ethics, independent responsibility for work results, and strong interpersonal skills.
