We seek an expert who can combine tactical performance with technical equipment management. You will be responsible for the tactical and technical specification of our operational field equipment, including use of force and protective equipment and other operational gear. The role includes training responsibilities within the area of responsibility. In this role you are not only an expert but a facilitator of critical infrastructure and personnel safety. You will be responsible for the development and specification of force-use tools, ballistic protective equipment and other operational field equipment, support for procurements and participation in tenders as a subject-matter expert, and for lifecycle management of the equipment. Within your area you support training organizations to ensure that tactics and equipment meet optimally. In the role you will work closely with other experts and business stakeholders.
