Job Description

The candidate will build pipeline through strategic outbound and account planning, identify and qualify complex opportunities, lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close, engage C-level, operational, and technical stakeholders, and drive value-led, consultative sales conversations. The role requires someone comfortable creating opportunities in complex environments, not waiting for inbound demand. Ultimo operates like a scale-up inside a serious enterprise software business, emphasizing high ownership, short decision lines, direct leadership access, initiative, structured pipeline management, independence, discipline, and commercial judgment. Proven success in enterprise SaaS or software sales, navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments, strong pipeline creation, influence skills, structured approach, and experience in asset-intensive industries are required.
