Project Assistant

We are now looking for a Project Assistant for our data center substation project in the Kouvola region. In this role you will be an important support to the site organization and ensure that day-to-day administrative processes run efficiently. The role is varied and offers the opportunity to work with coordination, communication and practical arrangements as part of a professional project team. Your tasks include: supporting the site organization; managing and coordinating NDA agreements; arranging inductions; coordinating weekly reporting; organizing meetings and handling practical arrangements. Your workplace is the data center construction site located in Kouvola. Shifts are mainly from 07:00 to 15:30. What we expect from you: at least a secondary education, preferably in construction or administrative field; construction or infra experience is an advantage; fluent in Finnish and English; good knowledge of digital tools; strong ability to support project delivery and a good understanding of business.
