We are seeking skilled construction workers for sites located in the Tampere area and surrounding regions for our client companies. The roles involve work on diverse sites, including new construction and renovations. Tasks vary by site and your skill level. You will work on a construction site as part of a team and participate in daily construction tasks both independently and with others. We expect professional training or prior experience in construction, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, good physical condition, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills are valued. A valid safety card is an asset. A driving licence and owning a car facilitate moving between sites. We offer clean workwear and protective equipment and opportunities to develop skills in varied construction tasks. Start date is flexible, and you can influence what work you will do and when. Pay: At least the collective agreement-based pay (TES) 14.19–17.12 €/h, depending on experience; TES-based allowances and reimbursements such as travel expenses.
