Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative with sales and procurement responsibilities in precious metals. Do you enjoy meeting people and are you excited about working with jewelry metals? If yes, you might be the person we are looking for. We are seeking an energetic and customer‑oriented buyer and seller of precious metals for rotating workplaces. The job includes travel across Southern Finland, Western Finland and Eastern Finland. In your role you will meet different people and provide expert service related to the purchase and sale of precious metals. Our service desk operates Mon-Fri 10:00–17:00. Your duties include: purchasing and selling precious metals from a service van (light commercial vehicle); identifying precious metals; ensuring an excellent customer experience. We expect: excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and take responsibility; sales mindset and results‑orientation; willingness to travel and work at changing work sites; own passenger car; clean credit history (to be checked); English language skills; driving licence category C1 (not requiring professional qualification).
