The Cultural Producer's task is to plan, organize and coordinate diverse cultural services for residents of Rovaniemi. Work is done in networks with the city's various service areas, influencer bodies, Lapland wellbeing region, local associations, the church, and culture and arts actors. The cultural producer promotes residents' cultural well-being and participation and is responsible for developing activities. In addition, duties include financial planning and monitoring, expert and preparatory tasks related to the cultural sector, evaluation of operations, and communications and marketing. A suitable university degree is a requirement. Requires driver's license B, travel and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possible interviews based on applications. Start date 1 Oct 2026 or by agreement. Salary and other terms determined by KVTES. The position's base salary is 3283.06 €/month. A 4.5-month probation period applies.
