WE Rekry Oy - Welder Are you looking for a permanent welder position where you can produce visible and concrete results as part of a skilled production team? A position is open in the Salo region, where you will work with metal structures and develop your skills in a practical machine shop environment. What kind of work environment will you enter? The work is located at a domestic machine shop company that manufactures durable metal parts and structures for agricultural and environmental care machinery. Production is practical, emphasizing careful execution, effective working methods, and cooperation with the rest of the production team. In this role, you will be part of a manufacturing process where the quality of work matters. This job is suitable for you whether you are an experienced welder or a professional at the beginning of your career with basic skills and a desire to grow in the profession. What does the job entail? As a welder, you will participate in the manufacture of metal products from start to finish. The work focuses on production welding and assembly during the day shift in the Salo region. Your duties include, for example: * MIG welding of various metal parts and structures * Preparing pieces before welding * Assembly of parts according to drawings * Checking the quality of the finished work * Cooperation with other production units to ensure smooth manufacturing The work offers both repetitive series production stages and, depending on your skills, more varied pieces. We are not looking for a long list of requirements, but rather a doer with the right attitude and readiness to take on the work. * Basic skills in MIG welding * Ability to read work drawings and work according to them * Careful and responsible work approach * Interest in the metal industry and welding work * Readiness to work the day shift in the Salo region We also value: * Education in the metal field * Previous experience in production, machine shops, or series welding * Experience in assembly or pre-preparation of metal parts What do we offer you?
